Trevor provided a free inspection & quote. He is very knowledgeable, helpful & honest! The lady on the phone, (think her name was Deb) also honest & helpful! No pushy sales or scaretactics but genuinely honest and helping folks! Hard to come by these days. Highly recommend their services! They are the best in the business. He put us at ease. I can trust they will take care of my needs whereas others would gladly take your money & run.

Not overly impressed. On their website, it is claimed that a mold specialist will come and do a free visual inspection. Due to the fact I rent (duplex), they said they cannot. If someone suspects they have mold and would like an expert to come and assess for documentation purposes in order to move forward with remediation of the issue, it is impossible. So based on that, I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was told they would happily come and do a air quality test for $500. Ridiculous and absolutely nonsensical. Their values are not in the best interest of people's health and well-being. Not impressed. They are unconcerned! Shameful!

My experience with this company has been good, Chris and his head employees came to take a look at some issues I was having, they were knowledgeable and could point out issues in previous contractors work and were able to address them. The work was completed by Bruce and team, Bruce was very personable and easy to shoot the shi* with while they were doing the work. The team was punctual, friendly and hard working. Work was done in good time. Only time will tell if my issues are completely resolved, I'm optimistic that they are. I'm glad I contacted these folks.

The entire process from first phone call to completion of the removal of mold from 2 bathrooms, they not only removed mold and grime completely , they made shower and tub look like new. If you need work done, this company will exceed your expectations!

The initial visit was to quote on the job. The man that showed up was very polite and professional. Once I agreed to the job it was scheduled fairly quickly. The workers showed up right on time. They were very courteous and made sure their boots were clean before walking on my floor. They worked efficiently and I am very pleased with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Man who came for a home assessment and claimed he was the owner was extremely rude and wouldn’t answer any of our questions. I have a micro preemie baby and obviously health concerns are a top priority. As I understand our landlords hired Ontario Mould and they couldn’t go into details regarding what they saw I simply asked what the purpose of the visit was and if they were going to test what they saw and do more than a quick visual assessment. The owner got extremely defensive at this point and started asking who was going to pay the 1500-2000 fee it was to test the affected area, he also stated he could smell mould upon entering a unit and couldn’t smell it here. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend based off of my personal experience and would have like to have someone explain what they do and how the process works as opposed to being argumentative and demeaning.
